All Ages Walk Together to Support Breast Cancer

All are invited to attend the first 2K Breast Health Walk at The Mall at Prince Georges on Saturday, October 8th from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The walk is hosted by and benefits All Shades of Pink, an organization which assists men and women diagnosed with breast cancer.

Dozens of local families, friends and breast cancer survivors, including Mary Cooper, a long time DC resident who recently celebrated her 100th birthday will be in attendance to show support for all who have been touched by the vicious disease and to raise awareness.

The inside walk around the mall supports All Shades of Pink’s Signature Initiative to ensure breast cancer patients have a healthy home environment to recover from their diagnoses.
